I mounted this on my golf car that has a very stiff suspension. the phone and the holder have never budged. This mount is solid.

Seems sturdy so far for my disc golf cart. Although it's made for a ball golf cart, it's the closest thing I could find to my liking that was adjustable and didn't block the top of the phone to record my form.Couple small gripes but good overall.Didnt need the square mount but ordered a 1" round quick clamp instead for my base. Wish they had options for different bases or no base at all. Next would be my Samsung S21FE is not a thick phone by any means and even with my thin case, it sticks out more than I'd like and doesn't fully seat properly like it's only meant to be used on a bare phone. I feel like a majority of people are going to be using cases on their phone, even more so if they have very nice phones. The side tightening knob does allow me to slightly make up for the lack of depth but I would feel much more confident if it fully sat recessed properly in the holder.Alll and all, only used it a few times and its worked well. Phone hasn't fallen out yet but not a lot of rough terrain on most of local courses. Will update after a couple months use.

Holds phone tight in place

First let me say that this phone mount is VERY durable. The adjustable thumb screw holds it very tight. They did miss the mark when it comes to 3 things.1. If you play public carts like I do, removing the allen screw and finding the allen tool every time is a pain in the butt, not to mention dropping and losing the allen screw if you are not careful. My remedy for this was to JB Weld an old cut-off allen tee to the screw. It makes things much easier and quicker, plus makes losing the screw much harder.2. Since you can't always drive your cart to the tee-box/ball, you will need to remove your phone a few times (if you use a gps app) to get a more accurate yardage reading. A spring loaded clamp with release button would be so much nicer, even better would be an electronic open/closer with wireless charging since most carts have a usb port now.3. The phone holder is too thin to hold a phone with a case. I have a Sumsung Note20 ultra with an Otterbox case. The phone does fit width-wise, just barely, but the thickness is not even close. I can squeeze it in and tighten to make it hold but I may have to remove my case when golfing to make it easier to get in and out during the round.Overall, I do like this mount. But I'd pay $100 for it to be made perfectly.

I mounted this on my golf cart, but I have to remove the phone from its case to fit. I really like it but if only it would fit with the case... its thicker because it had a metal loop and magnet on the back of the case.

This is a pretty good product. sturdy and flexible enough to make videos or look at the flag from outside of the cart. The only problem is that it requires a tool to install and remove. if that J tool is lost at the course then you are screwed. haha. there has to be a better way for the upgrade model.

Incredibly sturdy. You have to use a hex to install, which takes about 30 seconds (but if not careful could lead to losing the hex bolt) and at the end the install the device is beyond sturdy and incredibly simple to use. You can mount it high, low, and tilt incredibly easily. Highly highly recommend.
