the screen had a bubble on it and it wasn't the protective layer but that didn't do anything to me so that good. the bad thing is you cannot put this right on top of your transmitter next to the antenna because the transmitter will cause a great interference unless you are using a drone that powering at least 200MW so the watch can catch that signal better if not just have someone whose spectating watch like 2 feet away from you.

Flysight is in the process of pulling a batch of monitors that don't have snow/static on the monitor once powered up. I had purchased 3 such monitors 2 from Amazon and 1 from Ebay, that i ended up sending back for this problem. I've been in contact via email with Flysight and they are actively looking into the issue. Flysight makes very good monitors, my old one Non-Raceband works flawlessly. Be patient, im confident that flysight will resolve the issue quickly, they have good customer support. Thank you flysight and amazom. I received an email on 10/22/23 from flysight about snow/static not being on the screen. They talk to the chip manufacturer, and the chip-set they are using on all newer version monitors with the new dvr addition added to the monitor, DOES NOT have static added to it, but the monitor itself is perfectly fine to purchase and use. Have no worries in purchasing one of these monitor from Flysight Hope this helps. Again, Flysight makes outstanding FPV and Camera monitors.

I really wanted to like this monitor, but ...This was my second FPV monitor. What I really wanted was quickly picking up the VTX signals from my whoops and tiny whoops that I flew indoors often. The description (of this monitor) indicated that the receiver may not pick up the VTX signals of "some" FPV drones. Because I owned several popular whoopers, I would believe this monitor could pick up the VTX signals of ALL of my whoppers. Well, to my surprise was that this monitor could not find my Cetus Pro and TinyHawk III, two very popular FPV drones of approximately 75mm wheel base. It could pick up the VTX signals from my Eachine Novice III and IV and AUK. It could pick up the VTX signals of my HGLRC Petrel 65 and 75, though. Therefore, I returned this monitor immediately.I hope this manufacture could state as clearly as possible that what drones are not compatible with this monitor. I bought my third monitor, after returning this one, which is the version of my first monitor with a DVR. This third monitor has been working flawlessly ever since I received it from Amazon. It recognizes all of my ting whoops and other FPV drones. What a great treat!

awesome little display to make the guerrilla whoop setup complete grab it and go I have it setup to attach to my jumper ts8g v2 and it makes for a nice compact setup no need to look like a freak in the mall with you goggles on you can whoop that S all ver the place now. range and picture is nice simple 2 buttons on and off ... and channel/band press hold easy and it goes back to the 1 channel of the band when it moves to make manual scanning easy also ... only thing missing a DVR ... on to the next one !!!
