The initial product I got appeared to be defective but after my initial complaint(“It no working at all, I will have to return it back. Possibly a defective product, had it fully charged yet it doesn't charge my iPhone X at all.”)I returned the product and got a full refund. Good charging power bank. Charges really well with cable. But using wireless 1) magnetic part of the charger is not great at all.2) on the wireless charging it takes a very long time to charge

Fantastic! Easy to charge and so practical! No cables needed to chat phone on the go! Highly recommend!

**UPDATE** Having upgraded to a 14 Pro Max, this pack fits just below the lens hump, so for the max it’s fine, but regular pro models it’s a pass.Why Amazon allows misleading advertising like this beats me, compared to the photos on here the thing is enormous, and actually cannot attach to the iPhone 13 Pro as the it’s to big and fouls the lens hump. Although it does work. You don’t get what you think you’re getting.

Probably a great powerbank, but it is much larger in reality than what is shown in the pictures (at least at the time of writing this post), so be sure to check that you are OK with the actual size.

To be fair it did not say it would, but I assumed as it charges my Samsung S22 phone it would.
