I got new speakers from Monoprice along with a tube amp and turntable. The speakers connect with little red and black spring tabs you push down to insert the wire, just like on older speakers I use to have from the 80's. I always used just plain copper wire for those, and wasn't sure if the banana pins would fit. They fit perfectly, and it sounds great! Just held down the tabs all the way and pushed em in snug. They also pushed right into the back of my Monoprice tube amplifier, which I got open box for a steal. My new setup rocks, and my records sound amazing.

These are great, high quality speaker cables. I initially picked up a pair because they were one of the few on Amazon that had a pin-banana connection for my vintage amp-modern speakers. I liked those so much I bought a banana-banana pair for another set up I have. I'm not an "expensive cables" guy but also dislike poor quality. These checked off both boxes for me, not absurdly expensive and definitely high quality. Recommended.

The banana plugs provided a great connection to my wall outlet and to my Sonos Amp. I'm extremely pleased with the quality.
