Product was received within hours of order. Took 5 minutes to install. Followed the attached instructions and had no issue with activation. All programs worked flawlessly. From my understanding, the product will work for as long as you own it, but support and updates will end in 2025. The same will apply to the 2019 version.

This product was misrepresented on Amazon’s website. It showed originally that it comes with a CD rom. After purchasing it I was told to download a link and activate the key. I refused product since I looked specifically for a removable disc. Please make sure nobody does false advertisement. This is not good for business. I did get my money back but will never order something like that again.

Thought I was getting a CD-ROM. Got an email with the key code and link and got notification that a package was coming. 2 weeks later received a wrinkled plastic bag with a piece of paper that was a copy of the email. No identification of who shipped it. The installation using the link went OK. Have used Microsoft Office since 2003. Primarily use Word, Excel, and Access. Rate software a 5. Rate the seller a 2.

I purchased this version of Office and after A few hours (like 5hrs) after, I received an email that included the key code, download and install instruction. I followed in the install instructions and everything went smoothly.I needed Office mostly for Word, to update my resume and since I only needed it for that I really didn't need the newest version or did I want to spend the extra cash, so I decided to go with this option.

Installation took a little longer than I thought it should, but I may have caused some of the delay by not reading all the installation instructions. I am very pleased with Office now, and have been busy transferring Open Office files and saving them in Office format.

It's a single use (one computer) OEM style license that you download. The license is legit and now I have office.Pleasantly surprised.
