As long as your wire is sized correctly for the job (not pulling too many amps) your fine. Don’t sweat the insulation difference. Not just this wire, but any wire, proper sizing is of utmost importance.

These should be fine, but you will need a crimper to put the lugs on properly, I'd go up a size to 4 awg.
