When it was arrived I thought it will look too big on my stairway but give it ago. it turns out beautiful! It wasn’t easy to installed but worth it when it’s up. You won’t be disappointed with this fixture, thinking of adding more or similar style to other rooms.

I bought these pendant lights to match all the other lighting in our house. But because we were replacing all the lighting in our house, it was 6 months before I unboxed these for install. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 we could not unscrew. It was jammed somehow so we could not put on the glass shades. (Which btw are the thickest and best quality glass of any of the other fixtures I have bought off of Amazon.) Dismayed I reached out to the customer service email provided by BOKT on a Sunday afternoon. They replied immediately and said they would replace the parts free of charge, and the rest is history! Just look at my beautiful kitchen lighting now, highly recommend!

They are beautiful when the light is not on but OMG when the light goes on theY absolutely stunning. I would recommend this. Because they are hand blown they may show some imperfections on the glass, but that does not bother me.

Love my new chandelier! I exchanged all the light fixtures in my house (bought over 20 different ones) and this one is my top 3. Really high quality.During the transition, I broke one of the globe and I contacted the seller. They sent me the replacement immediately without extra charge. You can trust this seller. Most importantly, it's really pretty.

Perfect lamps. Bulbs? Not so great. Bulbs extremely dimm. Replaced it with other and now the work perfect.

I thought this would be the easiest light to install over all that i have purchased recently and i was very wrong.The collar to loosen to allow the globe to be attached was cross threaded from the factory. Couldn't back it out enough to allow the two plates to seperate and slide the globe between. Luckily my husband is a contractor and mechanic so he was able to rig it up somehow. It took an hour or two, scuffs on the metal, and a chip off the glass, but came out good considering.Didn't want to repackage, wait for a replacement, and possibly have the same issue again. I'm sure it could have been refunded and repurchased no problem.I do love the look of it. The "smoke gray" glass has a slight chromatic sheen to it.
