I was skeptical at first! I gave it a try. I am four nights in with great results! However do be aware that what they say is true. You dream much more intensely! I didn’t wake up groggy or dragging. Going through menopause this is a great product. I went from 3-4 hours of sleep to 6-7. If you wake up and can’t get back to sleep, one pump will get you usually back to sleep. I start the night off with three. The taste is similar to gum balls or if you remember as a kid amoxicillin. Either way the taste is easy to take and doesn’t linger! I thank my husband for finding out about this in an article he read! I feel awake and more energy the next day!

I gave this product 5 stars because--for ME--it works. I suffer from a number of auto-immune disorders as well as chronic pain and usually wake up in the night at least 2-3 times (had a sleep study done and have no sleep problems related to anything but the pain I'm in). I've tried quite a few different formulas of melatonin: melt-aways, pills, gummies as well as other sprays. This formula with the GABA and the glutathione REALLY has made a difference in my overall quality and amount of sleep. I will wake up in the middle of the night, however only once or twice a week instead of 1-2 times a night. My dreams have returned, and I wake up feeling pretty good.I started using this spray with 2 pumps and have settled now after 2 months of use that 4 works best for me. If I'm already tired, I will use 2-3.My gripe is that the pump spray that delivers the product is woefully incomplete. The spray leaks and of course when you get near the bottom of the bottle only the Lord knows how MUCH you're getting. Decided to get a set of cheap plastic pipettes and am now going to go by the drop and see how that works.Maybe instead of this spray pump the manufacturer could put a dropper instead? Yes droppers have their difficulties too...but I've made the mistake of spraying one spray too many and was pretty groggy the rest of the day. Just a suggestion.Please know that this is MY experience, and I realize that melatonin products are very personal. Hey the tablets, melts and gummies didn't work for me. I understand how important sleep is to all and feel for all of you who have difficulties like I do. I hope and pray that you find your answers.

I didn't think I'd be able to write a review for a sleep aid so quickly, but here I am! I am pleasantly surprised by this product. I battle bad insomnia and have for awhile. I have a plethora of herbs and teas I ingest throughout each week. Skullcap has been my leading favorite for awhile, but it doesn't put me to sleep. It relaxes me enough that I may be able to get some sleep.I took the recommended six drops earlier in the night last night and within an hour my eyes felt heavy. I turned off the TV show I was watching and fell promptly to sleep. I woke up early and didn't feel drowsy at all. I am an insomniac that also wakes up a lot throughout the night when I do sleep. I didn't wake up once last night. This is not placebo. This really did work. I should point out that I slept about 6-7 hours. So it didn't knock me our for a really long time. However, 6-7 is way better than my usual 3-5. I felt refreshed in the morning and was able to stay focused during a long work day.Thank you for helping me get some much needed sleep! I'm psyched.I have already taken my doses for tonight and am looking forward to getting some sleep!

I've always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. After using this product for several weeks I'm really starting to notice an improvement in how fast I fall asleep and by looking at my Fitbit results I can really tell I'm staying asleep for longer periods of time with minimal wake ups. I also love the ingredients in this product, the GABA helps with relaxing before bed, and the melatonin doesn't make me drowsy when I wake up, so that's always a plus.Highly recommended, I use the 6 pumps nightly and will definitely be purchasing again so I don't run out. The melatonin gummies just weren't doing it for my sleep, but this sublingual dropper seems to do the trick. The taste isn't bad at all, and it's quick and easy to do before going to bed. You won't regret it!

I take a different medication that makes it difficult for me to sleep at night. To remedy this, I have tried 10mg fast dissolve melatonin tablets, a trilayer 10mg melatonin sleep blend pill, as well another brand of 10mg liquid melatonin. This product has worked best for me. I have no issues getting to sleep at night. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, I can quickly get back to sleep with this product. It works relatively quickly. I would say I feel the effects within 30 minutes of consuming the product. I typically spray 6 sprays under my tongue and let it stay there for a minute or 2. I do wake up a little groggy, but I can't tell if it is this product or if that's just me. I am a chronically tired person. I think I may reduce the number of sprays to 3 or 4 and see how that works for me. Sometimes I do wake up with a slight headache as well, but again, I can't tell if that is this product or if that is just me. It's nothing an aleve won't help with. Overall I would highly recommend trying this product for those who are having sleep difficulties.
