Our spices and herbs follow a very unique journey. They are sourced directly from the farmers and then are washed, dried, dehydrated and then controlled for humidity and temperature before packaging. It is seen that until and unless the herbs and spices have been packed, there is minimal human interaction with them. Please make sure to store these herbs and spices in a cool, dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight or any other heat sources. Use as per taste or as directed in the various recipes. While using, always take a dry spoon to pour out the spices or just sprinkle them from the shaker-cap provided along. You may also sprinkle these herbs on your pizzas, pastas, stir-fries and sauces for that continental kick. All the claims made above are based on available literature on the internet.
