I’m already pleased with Sourcenaturals as great quality. This product is excellent for my extreme workouts and non stop exercise in comparison to mainstream amino protein powder supplements which don’t contain 23 amino acids for the body but most contain only 3 amino acids and a lot of whey powder as a catalyst. Most people just pull anything off the shelf that says protein powder and go to the gym maybe not even absorbing much of the product they’ve purchased. Amino Athlete is great 23 amino acids not just 3 or 4 without all the other stuff. For the exercise addicts,Whoo-hope.

This is my favorite amino acid supplement because it is not heavy in arginine which causes me cold sores. I am not sure the exact milligram of arginine but lysine is in the ingredient list before arginine, and that is a good thing for me and my health. This gives me good muscle nutrition support for my active lifestyle.

The size of the pill is hard to swallow and it takes awhile for it break down and absorb. Capsule option would have been nice.

Great product! I teach several fitness classes weekly and these help to keep me focused and energized. Easy to take.

Dislike phenelenylene not good with SSRIsLike has Taurine (for brain) and L Cytrilline for energy.
