Very nice vest
I rated this vest 4 stars. Here are the pros and cons. I liked he material. Some kind smooth outer material is very attractive and I expect is stain and water resistant. Inner fabric is a nice plush velvet vice the foil-like material in other vests. The elements heat well and provide good comfort. Used it today in 15 def F weather in and out of the van dropping kids at school with only half battery and at various times had it on all the settings. The battery (bought separately) lasted about an hour. When it was done the vest (under a coat) held the heat very well. I would like to see deeper pockets by at least 1 additional inch. Current pocket fits my battery and my Std IPhone 12 but the pocket flaps stick out like wings. Velcro closers on the pocket flaps would keep the vest looking fit and trim. Flaps sticking out make you look disheveled and fat. Under a jacket or coat that wouldn’t matter but Velcro closures would keep battery and phone from falling out of the pockets when you bend over. My wife tried it but did not get good results probably because it was easily 2 sizes too large for her. I am 6ft 3in and 220 pounds and got an XL that fits loosely. Since the material has some stretch to in I could probably fit snuggly in a large size. There are no hand pockets and that would be nice. Having battery pocket on the outside of the vest is a good design choice. The previous vest I returned had the battery pocket on the inside and was behind the heating element which meant that the warmest part of the whole vest was the battery and it was frankly scarey-hot after about 1 hour use. I would beware of any vest with inner battery pockets. Bottom line, going to keep this vest but will probably re-gift it to Grandma and get myself one that is tighter fitting and has a neck element.

works fine
Fits. The sizing is normal. They fixed the sizing. On the vest, there are three sizes: europe, usa, and asian.I found 8 small heating pads, confirming their claims. Heats fine. Just know how much heat to expect. It uses 1.75A at 5 volts. USB heat does not compare to tool battery jackets ands vests. There is no way to get good heat out of 5 volts and 2A.What these guys should do is make USB C jackets that can draw 28 volts. Yes, the new USB PD3.1 can pump out 240W with specs like 48 volts.Feels soft. new design has zipper side pockets. For this to work at all, you wear only one shirt as a liner, then wear this vest directly over it. After that, you can wear other garments over th vest. The key is that the vest must be close to your body to work. It will not cook thru a sweater.

Doesn’t get warm enough to be used on a motorcycle
These vest fit well, is comfortable, and gets warm. However, it simply doesn’t get warm enough to be used on a motorcycle. You can feel the heat when stopped, but traveling down the road at highway speeds my torso quickly got cold and I couldn’t even feel the heat any longer.

It works. I didn’t expect that
Electronic clothes are usually cheap, expensive and worthless. These actually work. Fully planned to return them if they were bad, but nope, keeps you warm. I’ll wear it over a tshirt and under a dress shirt and coat and I can stand outside in 20 degree weather just fine for hours. Also, I’m from Texas and we put on a coat the second it drops below 70, so when I say I can stand in 20 degree weather just fine, you’ll be fine too.

Poor Heating Application
I'll begin with the positive: The thinness of the vest allows it to be worn under any outer jacket. I was looking for a hooded parka that included a heating element but could only find such items at an unaffordable price of $300+ and also did not match the style for which I was looking. Therefore, this inexpensive item seemed a great idea to compliment the inexpensive parka I recently purchased. The negatives, however: The heating elements of the vest are very small and, therefore, do not provide much heat. One previous 1-star review of this product indicated the heating elements are very thin rectangles that only measure 2 inches by 3 inches, which seems to be the case with my purchase as well. As such, this would not provide enough contact to feel the warmth emanating from these heating elements. Because of these small heating elements, it takes >15 minutes before the vest feels warm. Another complaint about the heating elements is that the product illustration seems to show them as large heating coils one typically associates with heated blankets. As mentioned, the heating elements are actually very thin rectangles, feeling much like a piece of electrical tape.A final complaint is about the battery: While I initially did not notice that it does not come with a battery (one has to select a different product from the manufacturer in order to include a battery), I am actually okay that I needed to buy a separate battery because I could choose on to fit my capacity preferences. However, the pockets to hold the battery are very small, measuring about 4 inches wide by 6 inches tall. This was too small to fit the large 26800 mAh battery I purchased for the vest.Overall, this product has features that meet the use I need but fails to accomplish its primary purpose to act as a heating device. Therefore, this product will be returned for a different purchase.

It does exactly what you expect it to do.
I purchased a separate battery pack that came with 2 batteries for a total of 20bhours of heat time...

XL should be larger
The vest is rather tight on me and it is an XL I hope it will stretch out a bit for a better fit.

Doesn't get as warm as I would have expected for the price.
