WOW. These are really some nice knives. I Am a Knife Snob , I will admit it. I took my own carving knife to my sisters for thanksgiving .I live in the kitchen so my tools are no joke. In my opinion everything starts with a good knife. Start with a crappy knife and it will only go down hill from there. I have my CutCo knife set and have had it for over 20 years and I wanted to try something new and these caught my eye so I gave them a try and I am glad I did. These knives have a great hand feel. Everything about the handle is perfect. Nothing extrudes from the edges and the handle matches up to the tang perfect. This might seem like no big deal but it drives me nuts when something rubs my hand ,I like a nice handle. Beyond the handle the blades are just beautiful and hold a edge well. The balance is spot on. Lets not forget about the holder. The holder just looks slick and showcases these knives the way they deserve to be showcased. The holder has a good weight and feels sturdy like it wont tip over. Some will find the price crazy but being a knife Snob I can tell you they are worth ever penny. 5 STARS

These knives are probably the best I have ever used. The quality on these is unsurpassed, in my opinion. I love how they look in my kitchen, and I love how effortlessly it is to cut things with them. They stay sharp for a long time and simply need some touch ups when sharpening. Truly a unique magnetic stand and i have received multiple compliments.

I was VERY pleased when they came in. ALL knives are beautifully boxed. They do stay on the board but will slip without a little manipulation but for the most part they do stay put. The edge is unbelievable. I hate to say this but I think they are better than the German made knives I spent a fortune on at William Sonoma.
