The only thing I don’t like is where the on/off button is. When you are using it you will always hit the button so it turns off. But other than that it heats up fast and I take less time to get my hair done. I have super thick hair so it usually takes 3 to 4 times of running it over my hair before it straight with the straightener one time done

I don’t like that it doesn’t beep when it has reach the heated degree mark as chosen.,and the switch bottom is in the wrong place ,Cause when you’re holding it in the palm of your hand your palm hits the button and it turns it off so this to me is not good I may just return this item asleep and beautiful as it looks how are you supposed to do your hair if your palm turns the device off when you’re using it the manufacturer should look into this.

I needed a hair straightener in a hurry & this looked like a good one. While it gets really hot, I find it difficult to hole the irons close enough to get a really good hold of my hair. I discarded the packaging, before trying the iron, or I would have returned it .

I previously purchased an expensive flat iron and it was very slow to heat up and shut off frequently. I was very happy with this one and it does just as good a job in less time than the over $100 one!

It’s almost impossible to use this without turning it off because of the location of the on/off button. Also it doesn’t fully clamp closed which if you have really thick hair wouldn’t cause a problem. My hair is straight, medium thickness it won’t clamp down tight enough on my hair.
