Bought this for my daughter who is a big Harry Potter fan. It's a very cool toy and my daughter was able to get the hang of it within 5 minutes. It's similar to playing with a balloon and trying to keep it off the ground, but instead of using your hand you use the wand's "magic" to keep the shape in the air. The mylar shapes are indeed delicate, but with proper care they have lasted. I did purchase extra shapes as I wasn't sure how quickly she'd go through them, but so far haven't needed them.

Returning Wand due to quality and inability to make this work. New batteries and adults could not get this to work. Watched video and read directions to no avail. But 3rd party has agreed to accept return. Thank you.

Not enough pieces to make fly and these pieces tear easily

It would not work, maybe because its winter and the static electricity in the room was horrible. I have bought and used the regular kit from your company and it worked awesomely. Hopefully i can get it to work right soon

Doesn't work. Spent an hour with it (including two sets of brand new batteries). It did nothing. Perhaps I got a dud but that indicates poor quality control. Although it sounds like fun for my kids, it ended in disappointment, so I can't recommend it.

It could levitate really good and it was really fun too. But the thing that you levity would somtimes stick to me.

Horrible. Product did not work at all. This was a gift my grandson was so disappointed.

My grandson is enjoying the magicStick.
