So soft!
***UPDATE***We have now had these washcloths for about 6 years and we still use them every day. I have ended up purchasing more through the years, but not due to needing to replace the original ones--just because we ended up needing more. I used these to wash my children when they were infants and now I use them as face cloths to wash they faces. They also use these themselves to wash their own faces as they get ready in the morning. The size is just right for small faces. And these are just SO SOFT! They have a slightly more rough side (although not at all rough) and I use that side for body when needed and tend to use the softer side for face. These are also great for wiping around little ears. In case helpful, for reference, I wash these on my washer's sanitary cycle (which is a super hot extra long wash) followed by a regular dryer cycle and these come out wonderful with no static cling and no deformity every time. One or two towels have started to show a couple of bare spots, but honestly, they still work perfectly fine and I would expect worse for towels that get this much use and wash. They have held up better than my adult hand towels that I use in my bathroom! I would highly recommend this product.***************************These washcloths are so soft. I originally used organic cotton washcloths that I bought at my local baby chain store, but those are so rough, they seem to hurt my son's face. These are lovely. We don't use them as baby wipes (as we use disposable jackson reese ones http://amzn.com/B00C2621WU) but I'm sure these would be perfect for that as they are also quite thin. As a washcloth, they might be slightly on the thin side, but they work really well and again, are so soft and comforting. They also seem to be very good quality.

Very gentle on delicate skin
I think it's important to note that these are not standard washcloths for adults, nor are they supposed to be. They are meant for use on delicate skin - for babies, facial use, or those with skin conditions. For that purpose, they're perfect. I specifically use them on my face. I initially purchased them when I was suffering with horrible acne in my early twenties. I still needed to clean and lightly exfoliate the area, but just about everything would irritate my skin. Now that I've gotten my skin issues under control, I mostly use the cloths with make up remover around the delicate eye area (instead of disposable cotton balls/pads that can leave little fuzzies behind). I still have my original purchased cloths from about 6 years ago, and they're still in great shape. I'm buying some today for my new baby niece who's due in a couple of weeks. They're the softest cloths I've ever used!

Best washcloths ever
These washcloths are so soft and perfectly square. I absolutely love them. I bought three packages and I use some for myself. My 3 month old loves to clutch them while taking a bath, sometimes she just sucks on them. I use them with my cream cleanser on my face. I wash them on gentle cycle and dry them on delicate and so far, with the amount of use they get, they have worn extremely well. So here we are 9 months later and I am still using these washcloths. I hear the negative comments, but I still think these are worth the money. They have held up well to hundreds of washing at this point and my daughter still loves clutching and sucking them and they were much softer than using tissues when baby had a cold. I still use the ones I bought for myself although I do plan on replacing them. As far as my experience goes, the washcloths I bought at Target are threadbare and these are still soft and strong.

Soft, thick, helped soothe diaper rash quickly
Very happy with these cotton wipes. They are nice and thick, yet finely woven, terry cloth in pure white cotton. My newborn son reacted badly to the chemicals in diaper wipes, even the "sensitive" variants, so we've switched to using wetted cotton washcloths like these. Works great for young babies and those with recurrent diaper rash!(Tip: also use a very thick pasty diaper creme with high zinc oxide content, and remember to dry skin completely BEFORE applying any creme to it. Rough or scented wipes should not be used on very young babies' tender skin.)These cotton cloths are more expensive than some, but IMO, the extra cost was worth it. We launder them and they come out clean, fresh and so soft that they'll never irritate our baby's sweet tush.

Very soft, too thin and not for what I needed no fault of the seller.
I personally dont see these as wipes because they are to thin, however they can be used as mention by other reviewers as facial towels. I start to keep them for that purpose but price paid to much I can add $9 MORE DOLLARS and get the (Supersoft Lightweight 12 Piece Rayon from Bamboo/Organic Cotton Wash Cloth Value Pack, 2 each of 6 colors 460 GSM ) for $25. I already have one set an dthey are the best wash cloths soft absorbent and I love them and believe u would too.
