Time to reflect.
Initially believed I'd bought tape that was too narrow for the purpose, but turned out to be just fine. Very reflective, good color.

Versatile
I like the multi-colors and that is reflective tape. It is being used on my cane so that any light that shines on the cane, a burst of colors, is reflected from the tape. It is an added safety feature used when crossing busy streets.

Sticks well
Stuck like a charm! I cleaned the inside car door edge with Windex and applied it before the weather turned too cold! No issues with adhesion just they're not as reflective as 3M products
