Guppy Grass Najas guadalupensis 1 Portion

My guppy grass arrived earlier then expected very green and healthy. Soaked it and happy to say no hitchhikers. You get a big bunch of it. I will say it was a bit messy looking in my tank, I probably shouldn't have put the whole bunch in my 10gallon. I did have to go in and remove some of it and what a pain that was. I'm sure an experience aquarium keeper would have known better, new to this so I'm still learning.

While there were plenty of trimmings shipped, they didn't look the best when they arrived. There are several variables that are out of the sellers control that can attribute to this though because of shipping. Initially I plopped the whole lot in my tank. I ended up pulling about half out after a week or so. They just weren't looking or doing great. Now though after about a month the guppy grass has come around. It's a nice pretty green, lots of new shoots growing & it's really starting to thrive. There are a few guppy fry hiding out in it right now taking advantage of it. I have a well maintained, nutrient rich, CO² injected tank. If it weren't for that I'm not sure how the GG would have faired. If you're in the hobby though & want plants there's a certain level of care you need to put into your tank anyway to benefit aquatic plants. I'd give this seller another shot in some cooler weather.

Came in a 5 x 4 small baggy, it didn’t look like a lot but when I put it in a 5 inch by 4 inch bowl and covers the area. Ill come back if i find pests but if not then i will leave this review as is

Ignoring the few mushed up stems,which was expected and didn’t bother me, there was lots of pretty,green foliage,and lots of it !

Died within a week

Loved the care that was put into packaging my plant. The plant was very healthy vibrant and green. I was afraid of it coming by USPS and it taking longer. But not disappointed it was beautiful and healthy will purchase from them again. It didn't take long to get here. So pleased.

Anyone know what kind of snails these are? They are very small but growing fast. I’m not sure if I should remove them or keep them.

I got my package yesterday, the grass was in great condition and so green! There was way more than I was expecting but it was perfect, I went out and plopped it in my tank and its doing amazing so far! Very happy with my puchase!! Thank you!!
