I tried everything they said on the instructions but still doesn't work I tried to reach out but they never responded to me

I did follow all the steps but it deos not recognize de chip and won’t show the menu to select the option to unlock it .Any help please

I don’t have to think about paying for another set of monthly pay bills for another 12 months just because it’s the minimum requirements of the carrier it had when i bought my iPhone XR!!! Yaaaay!! The product works and is very resilient. Works on many SIM cards even for iPhone 13. If you run into any issues, their team will provide support until issue is resolved. Could not ask for any better product.

I saw mixed reviews so I was a little hesitant to try it but it works just as it says it does. My daughter bought a phone from someone that said it was unlocked which was not the case. This chip allows her to keep her current service which isn’t usually supported with her new phone. If you follow the directions, it works.
