I loved this so much for such a short period of time. Unfortunately it stopped working quickly. I loved that the cords are integrated. I loved how quickly it charged. I loved the size and the look. But it did not work after such a short period of time. Like other users stated, it will charge for a few minutes and then just stop working, like it turns off. So disappointing because I loved everything about it initially. I even bought another one right after I bought the first and realized how much I liked it. That one stopped working also. Bummer

Received the Flux Plus today and within 5 minutes the built in lightning chord had snapped off. I pulled it a bit (not too rough) assuming it extended more than it did and it snapped right off, wires and all. Thus the 1 star rating.Update - I was able to get in touch with Miles from Flux Chargers and he sent me a link for a form for a free replacement. Filled the form out online on August 30th and received my free replacement on 9/5/17, excellent customer service. The replacement works great as I know now not to pull on the built in lightning chord!

I've had this for a few months now and I love it. The charge stays a few weeks. It actually charges my phone faster than plugging it in. I'm awful about charging my phone too. The design and cord lets me use my phone while holding this charger behind it. It's very thin so it fits in the phone sleeve in my tote while it's charging.

Opened up the package and didn’t even look the same. Has a different brand logo, the back looked different. The top of package was pretty much open and once I slid out the plastic the item wasn’t even in the package correctly with the cables out in the slots. Definitely makes it seem like a knock off. Ordered this for my trip and spent a long time figuring out what one to get, now too late to order a different one. Returning just because fed up on not getting the correct product. If it is correct, they should update pics, but mine doesn’t look like everyone else’s.

I've been very pleased with this charger. It has micro USB and lightning charging cords built in. You charge the battery pack itself with a micro USB cord. It is very thin, and I think it holds a lot of charge. It has a small set of indicator lights showing how much charge it has -- both when it is charging up and when it is charging something else. I carry it in my backpack for times when my phone gets low on power. I plug it in and then carry it "behind" my phone. I've been much more pleased with this than the standard "lipstick" chargers you see around.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband to use when he traveled. The first time he used the device it worked great and the next trip it didn't work and hasn't worked since. Unfortunately, the return window has closed and I am stuck with something that doesn't work.

So I recently had the exact same charger stolen from me a couple of weeks ago. I obviously needed a replacement, so I Sam pulled several on Amazon. Each one of them claimed to be fast charge, as well as having additional features such as built-in micro USB and lightning just like this one, another one had a wireless charging Qi chip in it so you could set your phone on it and charge but if it wasn't perfectly placed it wouldn't do anything, and the other one had a built-in wall socket adapter that flip down, at the end of testing and using the mall, they all charged my device slowly in comparison with the flux charger, and while they were both at 10000 mAh they were at least 2 + x heavy. I swear by the charger, the only thing that they could do to improve it for me to add a wall socket adapter, that way I would not ever need to carry any other cables or adapters with me ever again! Please do it for us FLUX!

They are listing the old 4000 mAh size to advertise this product. This product (10,000 mAh) is approximately 5.25" X 2.75" X 0.5" at its thickest in the middle. That dishonesty is likely on purpose. My old product broke after a good amount of time as the connecting cables are somewhat delicate, and I was looking for a replacement as I really liked the portability (about the size of a credit card). This product is about 40-50% larger by volume, and it receives 1-star for intentional dishonesty especially given the primary selling point of this product is its portability / "ultra slim size".
