Let's be frank here...
Okay, if you are looking at these products, you probably are not going to be offended by the honest factsabout the use.I have been trying to find a decent replacement pad since Tena changed their formerly-wonderful ultra-thin heavy padsinto the medium-absorbancy "Anywhere" (also read "useless") pads. I keep trying different sizes among the heavy or ultraabsorbancy, but haven't found one that I like nearly as much. These pads are okay. Just okay. They are of course, long, like the package states. That works out great, because face it - leaks like to run backwards many times, and you can have a dry pad and a wet spot on the back part of your underwear because the leak went right past the pad. So, it catches most of those.I've had MULTIPLE times that these have leaked on the SIDES of the pads, requiring a change of clothing. They also like to "wad up", not fully sticking properly to the underwear, especially if you sit in an office type chair a lot, as I do.The covering on the pad is not nearly as nice as the former ultra thin pads. They can be irritating to the skin down there, and has also caused some breakouts. While I wouldn't think a pad would be an irritant, these often are.But my biggest complaint about these pads is that they are HOT!! They are thick, there is ZERO air circulation of any kind down there while wearing them. I've had my upper thighs break out from the pads rubbing on them, been sweaty not because the room is hot, but because it is creating a heat source down below from the thick padding! Right now, it is winter time so it is not as bad as it could be. I could never wear these in summer! These might work well for some folks, but not so great for me. I have to "rearrange" them all the time, like every time I pull up my pants. The pad never wants to just stay put without a hassle. No, it doesn't move around on your undies - it just causes the undies to be crooked when you pull them up, because they are so thick they don't ever lay right. If you are very thin (which I am not), don't mind sitting on a thick pad, and would appreciate the extra body heat from them, then by all means, try them out. For me, I am back to searching for a decent, thin, absorbant pad. I like the Tena brands, but all their changes in 2013 were NOT for the good, and have made most of their products undesirable to me. I would not reorder.UPDATE 2016:I have found one other pad that is as comfortable as the former Tena pad and about as absorbant.I ended up trying them by accident, because the store was out of the one I normally get, and hubby brought home the new pack instead of nothing! I tried the Poise brand Ultimate extra long overnight pads. They SOUND huge, but they are pretty much like the FORMER Tena pads in size and comfort. They have an elastic side that doesn't chafe your legs, and they've done a fairly good job of holding/catching without too much overflow. I have to say that overnight would be a stretch for most women, but I've only had a couple times I couldn't make it to the potty in time (blame new kittens attacking feet) - the pad overflowed and a shower was necessary. :-/So, for those wishing they had the former Tena pad absorbancy and comfort, I think the Poise Ultimate overnight long pads (look for the number 6 on the package!) come pretty darned close. They come in a cute pink wrapper, which is a nice change from white plastic. They are not quite as thin as the former Tenas, but they don't chafe, stick well to the panties, hold quite a bit and are comfortable to wear. That might be the best we can expect, especially when companies are not listening to feedback from their customers.

Does all they say, Auto delivery a God-send!
Bought these for a family member, and she finds them not too bulky and very comfortable to use; she has just a little stress incontinence, she "dribbles" a little bit on her way to the toilet, and even though it's only a few drops, it can be very embarrassing and upsetting. The tena pads are capable of holding much more, and the surface stays completely dry, so each pad can be re-used all day long with no odor or wetness resulting. She changes them twice a day, which saves on cost. Also we have auto delivery which is also much less expensive than the local supermarket, you don't have to be seen buying them, and there's always a good supply on hand. Even without using available coupons, it's cheaper this way, although I wish I could use the coupons here. This product, and getting them through Amazon, has been a true dignity-saver!!
