Q: Are these legit or are they fake Products? Are they sterile?

Very good product. I've bought these several times, as I have a feeding tube and have to clean the opening. Each tube is only 5 ml so the solution remains sterile until the vial is opened.

Q: Is this sterile saline?

Yes! I looked all over the box (so I thought), couldn't find it anywhere on there, then looked again about a week later and there it was on the back of the box. It says "Sterile."

Q: Does this work for copd ?

My husband has copd and so do I. We use this in our nebulizers, when we have breathing issues.

Q: Can this product be used as a wayer purifier

These are marketed as part of an inhalation solution to be used in a nebulizer. However, I use them as eye drops as I have severe dry eye and to fill my sclera lenses. That being said, I suppose these could be used anywhere you need a small amount of sterile saline except for injection(as it clearly is marked not for that). If you mean could you use them in a diffuser? I would not recommend that as it does contain .3% salt and so would eventually crystallize on the mechanism as it dries.
