Use for runners chaffing
I have used this product for over 3 years now for runners chaffing. I run long distances and it still seems to be the best product I can find!

Prevented Rashes When Nothing Else Worked, Different Packaging Would Be Great
I have a 6 month old baby with very sensitive skin. Since birth she’s suffered from frequent diaper rash. I’m talking red, hot, moist, blistering rashes. The only thing that kept her rashes at bay was applying a very thick layer of Desitin at every diaper change AND changing her every hour and a half to two hours. I like to use cloth diapers and if you know cloth, you know Desitin will stain cloth diapers and can even cause repelling. So I switched over to disposable diapers for a while and began trying different balms and creams that I could potentially use on my cloth diapers and always returned to Desitin. I’ve purchased at least 6 other brands of diaper creams. I decided to try Embeba and honestly doubted the product even before I used it because I was convinced nothing but Desitin would help her.Upon opening it, I noticed the smell (in a good way). I wiped my baby clean and applied the balm all over her diaper area and put on her diaper. After an hour I was terrified my baby would have a crazy horrible rash so I went to change her and was surprised to see that her skin not only wasn’t an inflamed mess but that it actually looked totally normal and healthy. After 3 days of use (still in disposables) I decided I would switch her back to cloth diapers and see how her bottom held up. It’s been a week since and she hasn’t had a single rash. Her pediatrician saw her today and was thrilled with how healthy her skin looked in the diaper area. Im totally sold on it and would recommend it to any friend who needed a good skin barrier for their baby. I use it at every change because my baby needs it, so I don’t know how well it would treat an actual diaper rash but I’d guess that it would help, especially if you’re looking for something cloth friendly. The ONLY thing I sort of dislike is the packaging. I can tell the company was probably trying to be environmentally friendly but I don’t like that you have to push the balm up (like a push pop). I wish it were something that twisted, like Grovia’s Magic Stick, or maybe even clicked into place. I find that the balm slides back down really easily so you have to hold it in place while applying it, which is exactly what the directions say to do. I’ve also had the paper on the outside peel making it hard to put the lid back on, both issues are not big enough for me to not purchase the product. In fact, I’ve already ordered another for the diaper bag. I’m so happy I decided to try it.

LOVE
This is the best invention ever. Great for on the go when you don't want the sticky white diaper cream all over you. And great if you don't want to/can't directly touch their privates. And great for anyone with longer nails. Good consistency, good smell, lasts forever, works well. 10 out of 10!

A product so good, one can use for other skin issues!
I liked the fact that this product was made with natural ingredients, yet gentle enough for delicate baby’s skin. During the pandemic, constant hand washing and use of hand sanitizer has left my hands and cuticles a mess. In addition to very harsh and cold New England winters, just compounded the constant dryness. I figured, if this works for eczema, diaper rash, and dry skin, it may help my rough hands and cuticles. The product exceeded my expectations, no only are my hands at their pre-pandemic softness, my cuticles have never looked better and overall, minor skin irritations have healed quickly. And I love the environmentally friendly packaging. I literally carry it around with me from the bedroom to kitchen and will be purchasing more so I can have it all over the house and readily available when I need it. I’ll be buying this for my nephew who has minor bouts of eczema. I highly recommend this product, whether or not you have a baby with diaper rash. It’s just great for all skin issues and ages.

Wanted to love it, but bad break-up...
A few years ago, I purchased a roll-on diaper aid and it worked pretty well. Unfortunately, it's no longer available and with my youngest, I was hoping to find a replacement.I really wanted to love this product. Application was somewhat easy, although not a huge fan of having to keep finger pressure in the tube to keep the ointment from sliding back in.The ointment itself was nothing to boast about. Gave my son's skin minimal barrier protection but that was after applying it about 4 to 5 times in the same area. When I applied once or twice in the beginning, I noticed it wasn't doing much and even short nap diapers were still causing irritation. My last straw was the cardboard applicator. I am all for helping the environment and using materials that are safer and more beneficial for the planet. HOWEVER, when I'm trying to use said product, the packaging should not fall apart (which is happening on the sides of the container), and the ointment stick definitely should NOT fall out.Maybe this one was a dud? But, either way - I can't recommend this to any parent. I'll go back to squeezing Aquaphor out of a tube.
