A friend recommended green tea extract for its antioxidant qualities. I thought I would give these a try and see if I felt any benefit. After trying them for a few days, I was reminded that green tea contains caffeine which I am not supposed to be taking as it is bad for the prostate. I will be checking with the manufacturer to find out if there is caffeine in each tablet. Until then they will be at the back of my medicine cabinet. I found them easy to swallow. I started taking one per day but didn't take them long enough to notice any difference.

Dietary or food supplements are indeed helpful, but be careful and always check first.

These arrived in perfect condition in a branded container.There are a number of benefits from green tea ; increasing metabolism and detoxing are the reasons I was attracted to these. I don't eat a lot, but I eat the wrong things, so over time, my metabolism had got very sluggish and needed a kick. Also, I'm on a lot of medication for pain issues, and this has affected my digestive system, so anything that offers help I'm⁰ willing to try.As with most dietary supplements, there isn't an obvious immediate result; patience and faith are needed.I haven't noticed any improvement with my metabolism, but my digestive system doesn't feel as sluggish so it looks like the detox promise is delivering.I'm willing to continue with these and I have faith that they are doing what they promise.

I have run the whole course of these and come out the other side pretty much the same as before. It's well known that green tea is good for you and it's well ingrained in Chinese culture but it doesn't necessarily translate well to pills. It may just be that a month is not long enough to notice the benefits but if a month is not long enough I would suggest you go without and trying drinking it. You may find you get instant benefits. Otherwise, these are easy to swallow so at least trying them isn't too much of a chore.

Easy to take and swallow. no discernable taste - adverse or otherwise - and no negative aftereffects.Whether they work or not, whether they help with all they claim to is not for me to say, as such. It will take time - as it always does with any type or kind of medication - and I believe that they would not be on sale if they had not been tested, especially to claim what they do.Do they "Support[s] Healthy Metabolism Cleansing and Detox" for example? Well, I'm regular, and I feel good. Do they help with appetite suppression or weight loss? Maybe, maybe not. I haven't lost anything (significant) weight since starting them, so ... we'll see.As far as I can see, and believe, they will help me, and will not - arenot yet - having any negative effect.

They did have a slight taste to them, but it is not very strong or long lasting. According to the label the recommended use is one tablet, up to two times per day. This means there are enough tablets to last approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on how many you take per day.Each tablet is said to contain 10,000mug of Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis). The other ingredients are Microcystaline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate and Magnesium Stearate.The tablets I received had a Best Before date of 10 months from the time I received them.These supplements are said to be suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans and are free from Gluten, Wheat, Lactose, Yeast, and Fish.It’s always hard to recommend supplements because what may work/not work for me might be different for somebody else.
