My granddaughter, age 7.5 years old, likes to make structures with pieces of cardboard, cut and folded and glue gunned together. She even uses the different colored glues that comes with the glue gun to make raised designs on the surfaces of the cardboard pieces. This occupies her for a significant amount of time. However, I do need to monitor her since the glue does get pretty hot.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is easy to use and it is Worth the money in my opinion. Comes with a bunch of glue sticks I would recommend this product and I would buy again if I ever need another one.

I have used many many glue guns. I got this for my kids to craft under supervision but I couldn't even let them use it. The sides of the actual device get burning hot, and the glue tip steams. When you squeeze glue out it splits out abruptly, and the glue was literally boiling. It is very concerning to me that this is marketed for kids.My gorilla glue gun with adjustable temperature was far more suitable and way less hot than this.I don't often write reviews but this is absolutely not safe for kids. Returned. Get a gorilla glue gun that can switch to low temp.

Bought for my niece for school projects. Lovely variety of colors . Only thing I didn’t like is that the colors came mixed up, was not as advertised where the colors were packaged separately. But it’s ok. Happy that I purchased it anyway, good amount for a great price.
