NON REFUNDABLE due to Inaccurate Description
Based on the measurement chart, I went with size small in the Yellow color. When we received it I could tell right away it was going to be too big. I placed it on my dog and he was able to slide out of it! I requested a return in so I could exchange it for the X-Small size and my request was DENIED! I spent over $100 on it and now I can't use it all. Terrible service.

CANNOT BE RETURNED AND DESCRIPTION WRONG
Do not buy this! The description is wrong about the spikes!!!! Now I can’t return it, so I just LOST $100.00!!!!!!!! I would never have bought this if I knew I could not return it and if I knew the spikes were so dangerous to my other pets!!!!

CAN SAVE YOUR DOG'S LIFE !
My small dog (on a leash) got attacked (for zero reason - other than maybe training the pit bull to kill via small dog attacks?) This vest - I believe - will protect her. The pit bull went right for the neck! thank you for inventing this ! There are also super thick 'vests' with a handle on the top that it is unlikely teeth will be able to get through (I got one of each)Hello Again (my second comment): I also love that the vest itself is so thick: it adds protection from dog bites/teeth and the velcro strips (even without the spikes) make even more layers and protection.Note: Although plastic: it is strong plastic spikes ...so don't be deterred :) Nice neck protection. A little stiff at first until worn a few times. GREAT INVENTION: THANK YOU !

Love it! Gives Me Peace of Mind
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had a coyote vest for over a year now and the quality is 5 stars.I just bought a second one in a different color as well as the HawkShield pad and CoyoteWhiskers. There are so many colors to choose from and it is really fun to change it up. The size chart was spot on (and their customer service is very friendly and helpful when you need help with in-between sizes.) My dog is 8lbs and she’s an XS. It’s very comfortable and lightweight so she can run, jump and play easily. I love that it has a place to add a leash because at first I was only using this in my yard to play ball, but will use it for walking too since we live in the woods with lots of coyotes, foxes, hawks and owls. Having the vest on my dog really puts my mind at ease.

Doggie armory!
My girl keeps getting jumped by much larger loose dogs. I was tired of it, I am confident that the coyote vest will give her a layer of protection in case this happens again.Very well made, very thick plastic and smartly positioned spikes!

Not worth the money.
Cheap material. I had to get some Velcro and add a second strap to the body, my beagle is very active and vest was loose. The only body strap, when adjusted, remains loose and touching floor. My dog was stepping on it, I had to hide it whiting strap, but after running it came loose again.Come on….. for 100 bucks I expected a tested item.Had to adjust all that myself.Vest can be improved and cost the same.

Worth it for us
So we’ve lived on this property for 19 years now and never had a coyote come in. Last week there was one here at night and it wasn’t even afraid of our malamute who is nearly triple its size. After doing some research this seemed like the best options to protect my pugs. I messaged the seller about sizing and they helped me determine the best size based on measurements, weight, and breed. In the end they’re both a bit long but I feel better knowing they’re more covered up rather than exposed. Plus pugs have a bulky build so it makes sense they’d need a bigger size to cover the chest but the length wouldn’t match the larger size. We had to use the extra adjustable strings to better fit it to my dogs though (they come with the vest for free). Buying this listing will get you the vest and spikes. The whiskers I bought separately. Aside from the coyotes, we have also been stalked by a bobcat on a hiking trail before so all and all a little extra protection doesn’t hurt.Given one of my dogs has lost an eye (separate incident) already I am worried that they will poke each other with the spike/ whiskers when playing but we haven’t see that happen. I’d still be very careful about it though when getting this for dogs who play together

Our little dog is safe
Poncho is wearing a small coat so he's not very big. Had his second run in with a coyote a few weeks ago, didn't know if he could survive a third. We are very comfortable letting him out with his new coat on. The coat seems very durable. It doesn't weight much and he is okay with wearing it.

Looks tough
This makes my chihuahua look like a punk rocker. I feel my dog is protected as much as possible. It is a talking point on walks out when meeting other dog owners, but once the coat is explained, they understand the reason behind it.
