These are really great! My wife and I have been talking about going green, but felt a little overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. The Go Green cards are awesome for us because we can make a change a week by randomly selecting a different card to focus on. I'm really excited for 2017, and making positive changes with my new Go Green Cards!

My kids are really excited to use these cards to help us go more green and help the earth--as well as live better. They look great, and the ideas suggested are easy to implement, yet can have a big impact.

This is a beautifully made box of 52 cards to help you and your family go green. The cards themselves are about twice the size of a normal deck or cards...so they are nice and large and thick. The idea is to draw one out per week. On the card is a word or combination of words....such as Alternative Transportation, Art, Buy Local, Encourage Others, Household Cleaners, Second Hand, etc. You then take the enclosed book and read about each and then follow the action plans during the week. My daughter is vegan and very environmentally friendly and very much into sustainability. I originally purchased this for her but she already follows so much of this that I am passing this on to my niece. My niece has a family our four children ranging in age from 3 to 13. They are very much unplugged from today's world of electronics and technology and this will be perfect for them to read, learn, and do. I know they will absolutely love it! What I would like to see...and also what my daughter said she would like to see....is the Guide printed on the back of the card. That way you could just leave the card out for the week with all the information on it and not have to refer back to the Guidebook. For that reason, I reduced one star. Other than that...the ideas are fabulous. A year of working on these ideas would change any household for the better!

Although I love the information given in this product and the idea behind the cards, I find it a little odd that the information that goes with each activity isn't actually ON the cards. The title of an action is on the cards, and then you have to reference a little book to see the information for that action. Why not just have the book and choose a random page rather than picking a card? Though, I also see the usefulness of setting the card out to remind you of your weekly goal. And there is a lot of info thay probably can't fit on the back of the cards. So, I understand why they designed it this way, but I would have preferred the info to actually be on the back of the cards :/

Isn't the very concept of printed cardboard cards, in a box, delivered to your house by a delivery truck, counterproductive to the message of decreased environmental impact...? This seems like a very hypocritical product. It could easily be a blog or website, and kill no trees and require no delivery. Yes, a tree is planted with every purchase, but some other product with an actual purpose could do the same...

This deck of cards is fun! There are 52 cards with an eco-friendly topic or idea on them. Then, you look up the word or phrase in the mini book to learn more about how to improve our world.
