I bought about 5 of these from gifts, after I purchased myself one. Everyone LOVED their gift! Highly recommended for the price! I even bought it when it was on sale and I would still pay full price if I had to! I have knots in my back and shoulders all the the time and this really works them out!

I've gone through several managers over the last 15 years and I was very intrigued when I saw the design models like this product. If they all operate the same then this style ain't for me.The weight is very doable which makes carrying from car to home or anywhere feasible. I wish that it had a carry bag. The product box it comes in can be used but there's nothing like having the ability of throwing this in travel bag. This way you don't worry about the product box getting damaged... Or if you just transport the product from plane to place (without the box) it could get bumped around and dusty.I don't have any pros so the rest of the review will be what I didn't or tried to like.The arm holsters does allow for deeper pressure or to get a certain spot or angel. But when sitting I found it very cumbersome to move from my neck to shoulders to back. With that, the cord isn't long enough to handle the awkward positioning. When the cord came out of the connector I found myself fiddling around with the arm holsters AND vice-versa. If very frustrating.The biggest con is that the product often pinches my skin when I massage my neck. VERY PAINFUL... VERY UNPLEASANT.... VERY SURPRISING. I couldn't relax and can't relax when using the product because I never know if and when I'll get pinched.One plus is that you can massage your calls muscle, thigh muscle, biceps (if you position it right), you back (lower/middle), shoulders and neck.... However, this product does have to tendency to lock up while on mid rotation and grab you skin. AND do NOT believe the ad when it says it has heat. Some red lights come on that appears to activate the heat mode but it doesn't. I have a small 10yr neck massage that really heats up the muscle. This product is a joke in that area. Do not buy if you want heat.I give this a three star because it is versatile and with some practice you can get use to how to hold it.. And a product shouldn't tense you or make you timid I'm done areas of use.I have not tried this in my vehicle but I can't see it being used comfortable.

Oh my goodness am I glad I finally broke down and got one of these! I'm so pleased how well the gentle heat and gentle massage works for my lower back. We tried one at a local home show and they wanted $300 something for it! I immediately came home and checked Amazon and here we are. So glad! Great gift idea for people who appreciate practical gifting too.

I would have given it 5 stars based on the price and nice massage mainly for the neck area, however it is very heavy and bulky. I would have bought one for everyone for Christmas as a gift but again not sure everyone would like how heavy and bulky it is. The massage is great though...the heat is not very strong, would have liked it a bit warmer to be more effective.
