Seriously. Our 2-year old has yet to meet a lock he can't open and has developed a fascination with opening and closing the sliding door onto our porch. Repeatedly. While we do not have a pool and are not worried about his safety, it's annoying. Very, very annoying. Also not good for our electric bill in hot Florida. Stuck one of these up and it does the job; very securely stuck on the glass and the door will not budge past it. The 2-year old has been frustrated and we are happy.

Love these! I use it to keep my toddler out of a sliding door closet. It's small. It goes on easily. And it folds flat, so when I want to use the closet it's really easy to open it, leave it open for as long as I need, then close it and secure it back.

The may work for some kids, but my toddlers (twins) literally sent them flying off the doors in the first day we had them installed. It was super disappointing. I would definitely not buy them again.

Works, but they don't stick very well. Every few days they would fall off the wooden closets I have them on.

They worked great on two of my sliders however, I live in the desert with one slider facing the sun. The lock fell off the glass after about two hours because the glass got too hot for the glue. Otherwise, they are great.

This is really handy and works great. Easy to flip open one-handed, and because it's subtle and up high my daughter doesn't even know it's there, so she can't try to figure out how to unlock it!
