IPELY Natural Boar Hair Premium Detail Brushes Engine Cleaning Brushes Set of 3

I just opened these and I immediately could see and feel the difference from my old ones. They changed the brushes without telling anyone. The bristle density is way down. The stiffness is down. The bristle head isn't even cut flat anymore. The handle is about .25 inch shorter. The whole thing is lighter. This is crap now. Due to the bristle changes they just flair out when you put any pressure on it. That's not what you want, you want to clean with the ends of the brush. The old one is on the right cut flat in the picture the new is the left brush. I detail for a living and that old brush has been used a lot and still looks better than the one I pulled out of the box today! Also you can see how thin the new brush is compared to my old one in the picture as well. This is getting returned today and I will not be using this company again. This is B.S.

A little stiff. Havent seen any scratches on anything tho. Some of the boar hairs come out but not very many at a time. They help my griots interior cleaner foam up great and soak deep to get dirt out of interior of car. These are great.

I don't know if I'll every really do a full detail of my own car, but for the areas and surfaces I will do, I think these will be great. I've already used on on the interior and it did a very good job with crevices and folds in my leather seats and console.

I used these to detail my engine compartment. They did pretty well, I wish the bristles were a little stiffer, but if you’re painting with them they’re probably just right. They did “shed” a bit, which I’d imagine would be an issue if you were painting with them, but it didn’t affect my project. The handles are thick, probably about dime-sized in diameter, which suited me perfectly, but does make you a little more prone to hand cramps. I’d buy them again in a heart beat.

Nice quality boar hair detail brush for pretty much anything in a car. Nice packaging it comes in from manufacturers. Good quality brush. It can really hold up when your cleaning. When you have a brush like this or any brush. When your done using it rinse it out in warm water not hot water. Then air dry and store it away to prolong it life and sonit doesn't lose hairs so if properly cleaned it will last.

I picked these up on the recommendation from AmmoNYC and expected more. These are good brushes but I find that the hair falls out too easily. I use these for detailing leather car seats and door panels so I'm applying a good amount of pressure while swirling or brushing. It leaves bristles behind. They're not bad, just not great.

The bristles do start falling apart, which is annoying to have to remove the leftover debris, and the wood handles should definitely be rubber or plastic, because they soak up whatever chemicals you’re using. But all in all, pretty decent

These are great detailing brushes. I've had them for about 9 months or so and I've used them several times.I use them for cleaning trim pieces such as grilles, wiper cowl areas, gas caps and fuel doors, and in my engine bay. I also use them for cleaning around lug nuts and Ive kept the small brush for interior cleaning. They're great for all of these uses. Theyve held up well and haven't lost bristles. I wash them after every use and let them air dry and haven't had a problem.
