It's just a tube
Nothing special and definitely not worth this price. It has thin brushed inside that doesn't insulate too well and it doesn't provide wind or rain protection. I have to admit that if it wasn't for the color red I wouldn't have bought it.I'd say it’s worth up to $10 thats it.
