Nailtek Hydration Therapy for Difficult and Resistant Nails, 0.5 Fluid Ounce

Well, I can't say enough good things about this product.  Nail Tek Hydration Therapy IV - For Difficult, Resistant Nails 15ml/0.5oz I haven't been able to have long fingernails for about 10 years. I tried other products, but my nails kept breaking and splitting. So on a friend's recommendation, I decided to try Nail Tek. I ordered the Hydration Therapy IV. I applied it faithfully every day, and after what seemed to be an eternity (but in reality was only a couple months) my nails had grown nice and long.I read somewhere you were not supposed to use this stuff forever; so a couple of weeks ago I ordered Hydration Therapy I next. My nails are still doing great. I have another friend, who is trying to grow her nails out without much success, so I just bought Nail Tek Hydration Therapy IV for her as a gift.This stuff also doubles as a shiny clear nail polish - it doesn't chip like colored nail polish will.About once a week, as suggested, I remove my Nail Tek and start over. I ordered Tate's The Natural Miracle - Odorless Nail Polish Remover. It very nicely complements Nail Tek. Costs more; but you won't need as much and your nails will thank you.

It was good at first but then my nails went right back to peeling even though I was using it.

This is the only product I have found that strengthens and protects my brittle nails!

This is what I expected and time will tell how good it works.

I've been using Hydration Therapy IV less than one (1) week and I can see an improvement with my nails. Firstly, they appear smoother, less yellowish and less lumpy. I just apply it to each nail in the morning and don't do anything else, no polish, base coat or top coat, nothing but Hydration Therapy IV and it is working.

I've been using this and similar products, daily, for 15 years. I think I may have received a bad batch as I haven't had this problem before. The product would take 8 hours or more to fully dry. Consequently, the finish on my nails was not smooth and shinny but textured and matte with lines in it. I am throwing this bottle away.

Nailtek never dissapoints! This hydration polish has stopped my nails from peeling and helped them to grow strong and long. I highly recommend this product.

The general consensus seems to be that this great. I wanted to try Nail Tek instead of my Sally Henson stuff because of the praise but I notice more peeling and splitting now after weeks of this versus when I used my usual treatments. It not only failed to bear results but held my nails back even more because it is a fairly thin product which makes application and drying easy but in no way strengthens the nail the way thicker sally Henson treatments did. Maybe it sounds like I am a Henson shill but after two weeks using it noticing the increased splitting I ran out in a panic to buy my regular old pink goop to try to head it off.In the hoped of improvement and the acknowledgement that this product makes no claim to strengthen, just to moisturize, I added a Nail Tek strengthener but still got unsatisfactory results. I have no doubt it is better than using no treatment but it just failed to exceed or even meet what I achieved with another brand.
