Q: How is the water pressure? I have thick hair and don't want to spend decades trying to rinse out shampoo!?

By design, the rainfall doesn’t shoot out water. I was expecting more or stronger from the hand held, but it was more of gentle stream. To me it was dissapointing. So I swapped out the hand held unit with my previous hand held, it made a huge difference. I was able to use the same hose as the thread for the hand held was same.

Q: can you get a longer arm than 16 inches?

The arm is a standard shower head extension pipe, check with your local plumbing retailer for an extension, just remember more than 16 " will need support.

Q: Is this a standard or proprietary ceramic valve, when it needs replacement?

This is a standard ceramic valve。In 5 years warranty，if it needs replacement，you can sent E-mail to us，we will give you a new ceramic valve free.After the warranty，you can buy the ceramic valve from our store

Yes, the shower head can fit a standard shower arm. The shower head has a 1/2" threaded connection, which is the standard connection size in the USA
