Awesome customer service from Crayata
I bought this cart to use in our childcare center for delivering meals to classrooms. We have had it almost a year now and for the most part, this cart has worked well for what we need it for. In the last couple of months, one of the wheels started working it's way out of the cart and we've occassionally had to screw it back in.Last week, it would not go back in the hole and we realized that the threads on the screw were almost gone for half the screw and the screw hole in the cart was messed up to.I contacted Crayata, explained what had happened, and asked about replacement parts. She said they would send us a new cart due to the trouble and issues we had with our cart! Thank you Crayata for all your help!
