HIGHLY SUGGEST READING THIS BEFORE BUyING THIS PRODUCT!
This product is awful.1:When I first bought the product the description said it offered "night vision" capabilities. However, upon receiving the product, it says that night vision is optional. Upon further investigation I have come to find out that night vision is still in the process of being completed for this product and that they are false advertising their product, or were false advertising.2: WHEN CONNECETED TO THE HOME WIFI... when i connected my camera to the home wifi everything went smoothly, I connected my camera to the wifi, and then I connected my phone to the camera. HOWEVER, once my cellular device left the wifi range that my spy camera was connected to, I could no longer connect my phone to the device, it kept saying the device was "offline".YET, when i would walk back within range of the product within a minute or 2 of refreshing the app I was able to connect. Then upon leaving the wifi range I had the same issue of not being able to connect...ONCE AGAIN, FALSE ADVERTISING OF LIVE STREAMING FROM ANYWHERE.I have been in contact with the "company" through email. I have tried to call multiple times, however, every single time (no matter the time of day) I receive the same automated voice message, "ALL OF OUR ASSOCIATES ARE CURRENTLY ASSISTING OTHER CUSTOMERS, AT THE TONE PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME NUMBER AND A BRIEF MESSAGE AND WE'LL BE SURE TO GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"do not buy this product, it is very cheaply made and doesn't even work. Not for me!
Was able to get it to connect with my home WiFi network and view it on my iPhone while I was home but could not get it viewable on my iPhone when I was away from my home! Difficult to st up or to change a previous set up! I have three other manufacturers’ WiFi cameras in and around my home and they were a breeze to set up. I returned it and took a replacement unit and had the same problem. I returned that one too
