I bought these for the gym, nothing else. That means that I used them to listen to podcasts for 30-50 minutes a day in them. For the first 4 months, no issues. Over the summer, they started cutting out randomly for a half-second. Annoying, but again, it's podcasts, so not the end of the world. After 6 months, the left earbud started saying "Needs charging" really quickly. Mind you, I was using the exact same charging schedules -in the case 23 hours a day for 2 weeks, then charge the case. But at this point, the left bud lasts about 4 minutes before it dies.Naturally, this started exactly when customer support ended. So now i've spent 130$ on . . . a right earbud.

I purchased these with the main purpose to listen to audiobooks! I liked the fact that they said it has noise canceling capabilities; however, when I switch it on the noise is the same. I do like that it gives you plenty of different fit options, especially someone like me who has two different sizes of ears apparently lol! I can keep them in for a max of 3 hours and they become uncomfortable.

Los empese a usar y empezaron a desconectarse el lado izquierdo. Very disappointed.

The sound quality is amazing. But they are difficult to pair and I somehow got them disconnected from eachother and they won't work together anymore.
