I like the way the product is making me feel and I seem to be stronger and getting leaner. But wow, it tastes horrible haha. I dilute it in my lemon water with a stevia packet to disguise the flavor. So far my husband hasn't noticed a boost in his (uh, family jewels) as this product touts. But on the short term it's made a bit of a noticeable difference in my overall stamina and energy. For that I gave it 4 stars. Would I recommend it? Yes.
