This dongle works amazingly, plug and play. I have a poly v5200, it connects with no issue. Full functionality with the VOI phone system. And the range of this thing is shocking. It will pick up well over 100 ft line of site, and a max of 50ft thru multiple block walls.

Yes it works, but does not work the same as plugged in via USB. So you will not be able to mute/un-mute or change the volume. What is the point of a conference speaker on wireless if we can't use the buttons? Bad design, poor programming, and will get worse since HP owns them.

I purchased the Voyager 5200 earpiece with USB blue tooth dangler. I received an earpiece with charging case and no USB dangler. I purchased this dangler to help resolve a connectivity problem that I was having. After purchase, the issue continued. After contacting HP and Poly Support, I was told that the advertised characteristics were not available for all situations (only available with cell phones, not with PC softphones like Teams). This USB blue tooth device was unnecessary and the cost is very exaggerated as this is simply a USB Bluetooth dangler. The Poly Lens app recognized this BT700 immediately but I did not gain any functionality by using this dangler. Unneeded and expensive.

I love my Poly headset. I purposely bought it because it was certified to work with Microsoft Teams. Everything was great until I lost the receiver. How can the receiver be 62% of the cost of the headset? Feels like a way for Poly to make money since the receiver is tiny, there is no way to attach it to the headset for when you are mobile and therefore losing it is a risk? The headset didn't even come with a case where I could store the receiver.Luckily, I was able to retrieve it from behind my desk, so I didn't have to replace the receiver, but had I known this piece was so expensive I would never have purchased this brand in the first place.

I love my Voyager headsets, so I was looking forward to upgrade from plantronics voyager to poly voyager, but the reception with the poly bt700 is much worse in Teams than the reception with plantronics bt600. The headset itself is fine so it seems like the smaller bt700 dongle was a bad upgrade. And I do have the latest firmware installed.
