A real long and sharp knife
A wonderful long sturdy knife, serrated and sharp. Best for the purpose of cutting cake and bread. I bought it specifically to slice French baguette and Sourdough bread which have a very hard outer surface and can't be sliced neatly with ordinary knife

Great bread knife
Absolutely great. Very light but efficient. Cuts through breads (even hard baguettes) easily. The length is a little too large some might have an issue with storage.
