I just received this, so going to see how well it works. So far it's easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. The pills are about the same size as Centrum vitamins. I will update my review after a few days on how I feel and if there are a issues with them. I will also update my review after thirty days and then again when I finish the bottle.Update: I've been taking these for a few days and I have much more energy than I would have thought. My appetite has been better and so has my hypoglycemia problems. I take these with water, a full glass, they seem to work better that way. Whatever you do, don't take these with any kind of fruit juice, they'll leave a weird aftertast in your mouth for about an hour. Hey so I bought this a while ago to test it out cause someone recommended it to me. Came in a firmly secured package, so leak or broken seal. First time I open the bottle it had that pungent capsule bottle smell, (im not a fan of it but it is a pill/capsule so I wasnt too biased on it). The smell on 1-10 would be like a 4 or 5. First time I took a pill it was a bit weird to swallow compared to other capsules that ive taken but it honestly got easier over time.In terms of effectiveness? I've been intermittent fasting on a 16 to 8 bias, a minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day, 2 meals a day while working out 3 to 4 times a week. In the first week I saw some small changes within in my body around my lower back area. After 3 weeks I saw more definition in my arms, legs and back. After finishing the bottle, there was even more noticeable changes. I even felt lighter and more focused as well. I would recommend to others.
