OMG! I'm so glad i found this product! It has been helping me a lot going number 2. I went from not having a bowel movement for 4 days to having 2 bowels a day!!! I don't feel bloated anymore and so far,i've lost 4 lbs (first picture was taken on October 4th and the second on October 8th). The taste is ok,i drink it without adding anything and still like it . The tea doesn't give you too much cramps. The packaging is awesome. I'm definitely buying it again!

Took it before bed. I woke up with cramps but no movement. About an hour after I woke up it started to kick in, but very painful cramps. I was sweating (sweat dripping off my entire body) and I felt like I was going to vomit. I don’t think I’ll use it again but it did what it was supposed to do.

I follow a high protein diet so I am not regular so doing some research I found Senna could help. I purchased this tea it is delicious and did the job. I have a cup after dinner and it does the trick but is gentle no cramping or stomach pain and it has help with my IBS. Would highly recommend
