Fist purchase Never pumped over 24 PSI, second purchase the gauge is in accurate over 55PSI.
Update for second purchase.Still one star. The unit works good for auto tires with pressures up to 40psi.However recently I tried to top off my bicycle tire to 70 PSI. This is a hybrid tire that requires 60-85 PSI. Just as I started to ride the tire burst. I chalked it up as a worn tire, it had nearly 1000 miles on it.I installed a new tire, pumped it to 70 PSI and the same thing, the tire burst. I then set up a test station using a real PSI gauge with a 1 1/2” x 12” cast iron pipe and fittings for the Test gauge and a tire valve. After 55 PSI, the Yashun gauge on the pump rose very slowly. This would be expected for a small pump with a high head pressure. But, my pro test gauge registered 70 PSI. When the Yashun pump gauge reached 70 PSI, the pro gauge was registering 105PSI. This is why I blew out two good and pricey hybrid bicycle tires. So now I have 2 bad Yashun pumps and two blown $45 hybrid tires. Is anyone at Amazon listening? The return window is closed, I get that, but the pump I have does not work properly. I've used this 4 times. Two times to pump up a small tractor tire to 22 pounds. Then a 225/45/Zr 17 tire. The first time I tried to pump up that tire, 10 minutes went by and it would only inflate to 24 pounds. Today i tried again since the car has sat for two months, I can only get it to 16 pounds. Before I hear all of the things I may have done wrong, I will tell you I am a licensed HVAC tech, for almost 30 years. I know to make sure the hose connection is not leaking on the the pump outlet and on the schrader valve end.My last pump was a slime I bout from Walmart for $20 and it lasted 5 years.I would hope the seller would stand by their product and contact me with an offer for some type of exchange, we will see.

Total disappointment
Boy am I glad I tested this before needing it in an emergency, it simply does NOT work at all. Total disappointment, for the price I expected a pump that actually worked, this one does not, not at all. To start with the air hose leaks at the metal crimps so bad you can see the vapor blowing out along the hose. The air gauge is a joke, it measures the amount of resistance being produced not any tire pressure. It's a good thing I had other gauges to measure the amount or pressure in the tires because it produced nothing, and I tried several times on three tires for over half an hour with zero results. While the gauge would read 40 PSI the pump would not increase the pressure by even 1 pound. I have one tire with a slow leak and it is at 25 PSI, after using the pump on it, moving it, resetting the connection a few times and running it over 10 minutes it gained nothing at all, not even 1 lousy PSI, nothing. The only thing it did was produce a greater leak at the hose couplings around the hose crimp. If anyone had better luck I can't understand how due to the poor overall quality of this item. Any slight movement while running, and I mean slight, cause the gauge to run from near zero to over 40 and back again, that means you cannot use the lamp end of it while pumping, it would only cause it to go wild when moved around. The only positive thing I can think of might be the motor ran better than those low end $5 models but not by much. This item certainly is not worth what I paid and it is being returned, I was completely and totally disappointed by this item on all levels.

Haven't used it yet. Directions were included but I'm from Missouri: "show me" diagrams would be especially helpful when the unexpected happens. Where I live, MANY nails can be found on the road! Go for a walk, not uncommon to come back with four nails and maybe other penetrating offenders. Flat tires are too frequent to get help by a 'fixer'. Thus the tire compressor which is a passenger in our vehicle! While I don't look forward to needing the tire compressor, I think I'll manage to inflate the nail victim. I anticipate the rating will be at least a 4 star. The neatly arranged, space well utilized case and the compressor unit are impressive. Well presented product.

Works as advertised!!
The item is very great for being in a pinch!! There was a few times where I needed to reinflate the tire due to there being a leak but also didn't want to waste the time and money to find a gas station where you have to pay for air. Just follow the directions. The only blemish is there no strong indication of where you place the pieces back in the plastic case for storage.

I'm a Nissan rim afficionado, but...
...the stock, low profiles on the Altima suck, we have even replaced them, but every winter they go flat, like everyday, but this little baby has saved us several calls to AAA, since I bought it.Please buy this if you or someone you love has leaky tires, it does take a while (average flat tire takes 7 minutes or so using the cigarette lighter attachment), but it is totally worth it, if you have regular tire air issues. We have also noticed that the tires seem to stay filled longer from fills from this unit, than they do from the gas station.

It works as well as others have described. My only problem was the hose. Both ends should have that rubber thingy that makes it easier to screw on to the tire valve. What happens is that when you're done putting air in the tire the connector is hard to unscrew and air would leak as you try to loosen it

Great, Sturdy, Easy to use inflator tool.
I used this inflator today on my truck. I was impressed with how easy it is to use. It did the job. I liked the color coded ends so you know what connects to what on the hose. Nice touch. Nice not to have to run to the gas stations that charge you $$ for a max of 4 PSI ( California ) .It is small enough to fit behind the truck seat, sturdy enough to be worth the value for your dollar.

Multiple uses!
Have used it just once, but so far so good, like the hard case and small compact size, will take it and tire patch on our utv excursions in the Black Hills. Pumps up a flat utv tire quickly Compact and easy to use, love the long battery and or cigarette plug in cord. Can pump up tow vehicle, or go back to fifth wheel and clip on to the battery and pump up atv, utv or trailer tires. Very versatile !
