This mug is pricey, but it does work extremely well. It keeps your coffee or other hot beverage very hot for a long time and is surprisingly lightweight and not at all bulky. It’s also reasonably stylish, but most important to me is that it works.

I bought this for my husband and he has been using it for a year or so. It's his favorite insulated mug, and he is constantly using it. It keeps drinks hot/cold just like when we first bought it. The lid is a great plus because it helps avoid spills. We have a two-story house and we can run up and down the stairs with these and not have to worry about spillage! I would recommend this mug to anyone, we have three now.

High quality stainless steel coffee mug. The lid mechanism is well designed as well. Finally found one that fits in my car cup holder.

I really like these cups but after using them i think I am allergic to the metal. Still a great cup for those not allergic to the metal.

I love the look of this cup, and having had a previous Miir insulated cup, I knew it would keep my coffee hot for long enough. The problem with this and the previous one is that the paint chips. In fact, I recycled my previous one because a lot of the paint had chipped from the rim. Now, only a couple of months after I purchased this one, it's chipping at the rim, and no one wants paint chips in their coffee (obviously if you have the lid on, this won't happen, but you get my point). It's also chipping on the bottom. Unless they find a better way to make these, I might have to find another daily insulated mug or go for a non-painted finish.EDIT 7/1/2024 - The seller offered a refund, so I will try it again and see if they've improved the finish!

It is a replacement for Ember. I've been really enjoying it - it keeps my coffee warm, it's easy to clean and I could get 5 of these for the price of one ember.

I am using this cup for both hot and cold beverages. It's well built, but the vacuum/insulation quality has me wondering. Hot beverages heat the handle and cold beverages cool the handle. I know it keeps beverages closer to the temperature that they were put in at as compared to a ceramic cup, but other insulated stainless steel drinkware I have does not get hot or cold on the outside. It's also got the lead seal on the bottom of the cup to keep the vacuum intact, but is inset so the lead bit should not get exposed (there's been some controversy about lead sealed vacuum drinkware). I'm keeping the cup although there are a few flaws, it's a good size and comfortable to grip.

The media could not be loaded. This is a spill proof mug. Maybe I’m mistaken but that's what a closed lid travel mug is supposed to be. But it failed miserably at its only job - to not let the liquids spill if the lid is closed. Ruined my office bag expecting that the coffee inside would not spill out. Total waste of money. Don’t buy it. Thankfully the seller has approved its return but this is a lousy product.
