What initially attracted me to TALYA Vital Proteins Collagen Supplement was the unique combination of active ingredients. Besides getting your collagen, this formula also includes Hyaluronic Acid, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin C, Grape Seed Extract and Pomegranate Fruit Peel Extract.The bottle contains 60 tablets and the suggested dosage is two per day, so it’s a 30 day supply for a decent value given the price.The bottle was sealed well with shrink wrap on the outside and the top has a plastic cap seal that you need to twist off to break. The tablets are slightly large but flavorless and easy to swallow and much better than having to drink collagen powders in my opinion.Some things that do concern me are that the amount of collagen is low compared to other brands and the tablets contain some not so great ingredients like magnesium stearate. It’s too early to tell if this supplement will provide enough collagen to make any positive changes in my hair and joints, but I will probably continue taking it for at least 90 days simply because I like this formulation a lot. I just wish the extra fillers were not present.

These are great flavorless pills. Easy to swallow and easy to use. A great way to get collagen.
