This is truly the best kinesiology tape around. I've tried other brands and found they don't adhere like this one. I've this one on for four or five days and it stays put, even with showering. I've found the best way to remove it is to rub baby oil over it, let it soak for about ten minutes, and remove.

I’ve been suffering pain from rotator cuff and my physical therapist used tape to ease pain every 3 days. Same name yes but nit the same qualityVery much lighter by touch, impossible to open- the doctor had a slit opening every 6 inchesI have tried so many, unfortunately none are the same quality as the doctors and others made severe rash , please be careful

The tape works well and stays in place after a shower. I haven't had nearly as much pain in my ankle after using taping with this type of tape. I love how it reduces my pain but it's pink. I mean, like hot pink. Doesn't bother me, but I had to give it 4 stars because it's definitely not red.I really like how there are measurement boxes on the back. About 5 boxes/units of tape is enough for one area of my ankle and lower calf.

My chiropractor has another brand of Kinesio tape, and I wanted to have some on hand for in-between visits with my chiro. I put this on both of my knees, experimenting with 2 different taping techniques. On my left knee, the corners of the tape started coming up immediately. I stuck it back down with a Bandaid. On my right knee, same thing. One corner was immediately peeling up. I did not stick that down with a Bandaid.The following day, I took a shower. The right knee tape started peeling up pretty good once it got wet, so I just took it off. I noticed a small area on my skin that was a bit rashy, looking like either blisters or pimples. Either way, it's not uncomfortable, but certainly disconcerting! Also, after the shower, it took a long time for the tape on my left knee to dry out. I took a blow dryer to it. I don't remember that happening with the brand of tape my Chiro uses, however, my Chiro only does one layer of taping and my knee has on 2 layers in some places.I will be trying another brand for my next order.

This product is so much better than moleskin. It is easy to apply and stays on for 2 to 3 days, even if you wash/wipe applied area. At the first indication of a hot spot on my feet (before blister forms) I clean area, apply tape (easy to cut to size) and get back on the trail. There are instructions for using product for muscle aches and pains? I have no experience with this, but have used small pieces as a quick bandaid when I have a small cut that does not want to stop bleeding. I keep a few pieces (2" x 3") in my wallet and more in my first aid kit. A good item to have on vacation when you know you are going to do a lot of walking.

I had purchased another tape thinking it was Kinesio but it was not and WOW what a difference. Could not hold a candle next to Kinesio. I run agility with my dog and have arthritis in my knees. This product supports my knees so I can still enjoy running the courses with much less pain and subsequent swelling. I will never buy anything else.

La verdad no se si la estoy usando bien, aún no he hido con un terapeuta, pero me la pongo en el abdomen para tratar mi diastasis después del embarazo y me dura más de 5 días en la piel, la tengo que quitar y es un poco doloroso, pero pues supongo que lo importante es que se mantenga en su posición

è un prodotto ottimo già usato negli anni mi aiuta a sostenere il ginocchio dx e toglie la pesantezza e dolore ( è un supporto corporeo).....buon pomeriggio nirvana....
