my bottle just arrived , I've been reading the reviews, 1 lady said she been taking it twice a week it says 2 times a day , so no wonder shes not seeing any results , well I'm going to give it a try , taste not bad , hope it helps my hair

A whopping 10,000mg bovine collagen and 5,000 mg biotin in one small dropper full! The label has 15,000 mg written on it in large letters and the 15,000 mg is the combination of the 5,000 mg of biotin and the 10,000 mg of collagen. This collagen must be refrigerated after opening. I like that the packaging is minimal. The bottle is quite small and the writing on it is tiny so I needed to use a magnifier to read the label. There is no country of ingredient origin written on the bottle other than to say the collagen was packaged in an FDA approved facility. The flavor is not unpleasant but it has a sweetish taste. The liquid is cloudy white. Shake the bottle before using. This is a good choice for me because this has the milligram dose of both biotin and collagen that I use daily. I use collagen for skin elasticity and joint movement and biotin for my hair and nails. I have definitely seen and felt an improvement since using biotin and collagen.The supplement comes in a 30 day dose bottle and a 60 day dose bottle. This is my favorite way to take biotin and collagen because the dropper is quick and easy to use. The directions say one dropper full once or twice a day. Twice a day would be a lot for my purposes.
