Q: any issues if used in a horizontal position instead of vertical ?

It can be used horizontally or vertically without any problem

Q: Does this support the use of mouse and keyboard?And if it does does it have to be wired?

I could not get to work wireless I do use a wired mouse and keyboard to play COD

Q: The description says 4 usb 2.0 slots and only 1 3.0 slot? Is that a typo or is there only 1 3.0 slot?

I know. I was wondering the same because 3.0 USB slots are usually blue like the slots at rear of PS5. The front slot is 2.0 which is for charging. ( USB-C slot works for charging and is much faster then 2.0.) I assume they meant to describe the product as with 4 3.0 slots 1 2.0 slot for charging

I don't believe so. I don't think there is a USB-c on the back of the PS5.
