I have purchased this watch twice because my son really loved all the different functions but within 3 weeks of having the watch (BOTH times) he would fall while playing sports and the band broke! It is so ridged that when it gets hit it can’t flex and literally snaps off at intersection of the band and the watch. You can’t super glue it - its just broken.The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke so we re-ordered the same one and it happened AGAIN!Waste of money!

It's a great gift for a kid who wants a smart watch. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. The screen has a good quality, touch responsive, the vibration is very strong. Has many standard features, connects to your phone, and even has a heart rate sensor. Pretty cool for the price.

I and my son, like this watch very much, but today, while my son was outside playing, the plastic piece that holds to watch band on snapped. Thankfully, we are within the return/replace window and we are able to get it replaced.I really like how it has made my son be mindful of the amount of exercise and sleep he is getting. For the price it is a great starter activity watch! I just hoped it would last a bit longer than a month.**Updated 2/13/2022**The plastic part of the watch broke off again while my son was playing outside. This time it is out of the warranty, so we can't return it to get a new one. The watch itself is really great. I like that we can personalize it, track sleep and steps, use it for a timer, etc. But the quality of the design is just not up to snuff for longevity. I'm hoping that maybe we can find a way to glue it back together, but I don't think we will be able to. :-(2/20/2022After attempting to find a way to contact the company in regards to the watch, but not finding one I decided to take it down to one star. I am unable to get a replacement because we are past the 30 return window, but it really should have lasted longer than a couple of months.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, finally opened it today to get it setup. As soon as I tried to connect the watch band to the device it snapped. Was trying to be careful due to other reviews having this issue, but it is so fragile (or cheap) that it snapped with very little pressure applied. The watch itself is okay. I thought he could take pictures with just the watch but apparently he can only use the watch as a shutter button, my fault I guess for not reading the description. All in all I would not purchase this again and I am currently looking for a different watch for him since he loved this one but couldn’t use it.

I gave this to my 7-year-old son for Christmas. He has LOVED IT! I first reached out to the seller looking for a protector for the watch because it was beginning to scratch, and they responded quickly to tell me they didn't. Within a couple days of that communication, I reached out to the seller again because the watch band did break (within a month of purchase). Again, they responded quickly and quickly shipped me a replacement watch completely. I was very happy with my experience with the seller and their quick responses.The watch is decent for the price. I wanted my son to get used to wearing one, pay attention to his steps (he is still in virtual school so we try to remain as active as we can), and to monitor his sleep. He has really been enjoying it. The battery power on this watch is pretty incredibly, too. He never takes it off and only has to charge it about once a week, if that. My only complaints about the watch are that 1) the screen does scratch easy, so I highly recommend getting that protector for it, and 2) not all the modules are available that I was expecting. I wanted him to be able to set alarms (to manage his time better with virtual school). It has a "timer" but the alarm feature on it seems to be disabled. I'm in the tech world and tried to figure it out but just can't. It's fine, though; he just sets his timer to 10 minutes or whatever time his breaks are for. He quickly goes back to class when the timer goes off. These were the only two reasons why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5.I would recommend this watch for kids. Good price to help teach some time management and independence without feeling bad. Also, the seller was great!

My 10 year old son wanted a watch for Christmas and we loved that this one had a lot of what an Apple Watch would do but for a child. The first one broke literally 20 minutes after he put it on the first Christmas. We did a refund and they shipped another one - I shipped the previous one back. We have the new one but now the charger for this one will not work and I’m already over returning it back and forth. The watch is fine, just need a new charger. Definitely needs to have more durability and some fixes to the chargers, etc.Update: After getting the replacement and then buying new chargers for it.. the second one has broken AGAIN! And now I’m outside of the return window so I wasted money on this for sure. The band broke again in the same exact place and cannot be fixed.

My 8 yr old daughter really liked this watch. It lasted all of about 2-3Weeks. The part that connects the watch face to the wrist band broke off while playing with her little brother. She enjoyed the sleep statistics. I found the step counter to not be very accurate. Overall I’m disappointed it didn’t hold up.Update: we returned for a replacement and the band broke again. This time my daughter was at school and said she just was adjusting the watch. I would not recommend this. My return window for the replacement expired just days ago so it’s a total waste.

I didn't have it more than a week. The anchor on the strap broke off embedded inside the watch body. It's made from cheap highly breakable plastic. You'll be highly disappointed from this purchase.
