I bought this charger expecting to charge my 6s 6000mah lipos at 5 or 6 amps, because it said it had a 10A max charge rate. If you do the quick napkin math it will only charge that size and voltage battery at a max of 3.37A (if you half the wattage for each charging lane). This math checks out because it will only charge at 3.3A max even while selecting 6A on the charger. Takes over two hours to charge a battery. Even if I charge a single lipo at a time it still maxes out at 3.3A. Other than that the charger has operated flawlessly and the UI is very user friendly. If you are looking to charge smaller batteries then this is a good pickup.

This is great for RC cars. It charges your batteries very fast and efficiently. I like to keep my lips at 80% and thus is able to do it. It also recovered some completely designed batteries. I am really excited about this charger.

Absolutely a great device that takes the guessing away so you can focus on your hobby. It comes complete with all the cables to charge two batteries at the same time as promised and was well packed and shipped fast. Super easy and intuitive touchscreen user interface. It balances your packs and can even measure and shows the internal resistance of the individual cells to let you know which ones are bad. All together a great device, does the job perfectly and took away my fear for batteries catching on fire, I love it so much, I think I will buy me another one.

I searched traxxas battery tender and it came up with this three times when I got it, it came without the wall plug which was fine because I have too many plugs to keep track of at home. I went to plug in my battery and it didn’t have anything close to a connector for my battery. So I had to switch back to the 8hour charger…

I really would have liked to give this charger a 5 star review and I would have but there is 1 issue and for me it's a big one.The fan is obnoxiously loud and never shuts off!Putting a fully charged battery into storage mode takes as long or longer to drain it to a safe storage level (3.6 V to 3.8V) as it does to charge a 3Ss or 4S battery from 3.2V to 8.4V or 12.6V. Once safely in storage mode and you notice that a couple of batteries batteries are out of balance.Well guess what ? You'll be listening to this fan for hours, It's so annoying to be in the same room with this thing.If you don't already know that you're not supposed to leave LiPo batteries unattended while charging now you know period. Even using a fireproof bag, I still prefer being in same room when charging batteries. A compromise that I can live with, I put it my closet right where the double doors meet. That way some of the noise is cancelled out and if something should happen I would notice the unmistakable smell of a battery burning call see smoke rather quickly whereas if I had it on another room it could be on fire before I smelled it.I do like that has all those fancy features on the touchscreen and you can get some much more information from it compared to other single battery charges like the EBL C-150. That charger is sold under several different names like HRC, Hiyiton or the most generic of them all the "Charger" brand of the C-150. Other than which brand you buy it's obvious to the naked eye that all these charges are identical.I owned the HRC C-150 and used it for about 4 months before it started overcharging my batteries. Until that point it was a good charger. The fan was nowhere near as loud as this dual battery charger. I know charging two batteries will create more heat. Main issue with the fan is it's not much bigger than the one on a C-150 charger and if memory serves me correctly it may be the same size. If they would have used a higher quality fan or even better enlarger high quality fan I would have definitely given this charger five stars.I like all the touchscreen features enough I'm probably going to replace the fan myself that way I don't have to get up and look in my closet to find out the status of my batteries.Within the past 5 minutes I just purchased a EBL branded C-150 charger. I did so because not including 6 drone batteries and 8 2-3s 100-1300mAh batteries for my1/12th,1/14, and 1/16th scale buggies I have some batteries that take awhile,2 Ovonic 2s Lipo Battery 50C 5200mAh 7.4V4 Zeee 3S Lipo Battery 5200mAh 11.1V 80C,4 Zeee 3S Lipo Battery 5200mAh 11.1V 100C4 Zeee 4S Lipo Battery 7200mAh 14.8V 80C4 Zeee 4 S Lipo Battery 7200mAh 14.6V 100Cso having the ability to charge 3 batteries at a time really helps when planning for a long day of bashing1 1/5th scale Kraton1 1/5 scale Losi DBXL-E 2.01 1/10th scale Traxxas Slash VXL 4x41 1/10 ARRMA Senton brushlessThose 4 Buggies and Trucks always go to the track or construction site to bash, I'll take 2 out for myself and frequently the other 2 for my brother-in law. Trying to charge that many batteries can take a while even on "fast charge". I may even order a 2nd EBL C1-150 or a EBL C-250 charger so I could charge 4-5 batteries at once that way all the noise will only take a couple of hours versus evening to afternoon to charge enough as it does with this charger. I know that the discharge and fast charge functions on the C-150 chargers are much quicker than this loudmouth charger. This charger will only see use when I want to get info from a battery that the C150 chargers don't display or don't display well. or if there's a short notice free afternoon for the both of us to go bashing, then I'll use it.I still like this charger but Ill either upgrade the fan or use it for certain thingsMy best advice is, for whichever charger or chargers that you buy spend the extra $8 or $11 and get the 2 or 3 year warranty on this or the HTRC C-150 $6 or $8 for the 2-3 yr warranty because both my brand name HRC C-150 and this weird name Hiyiton charger are made by the same company and 1 failed after 4 months or so and then unless I put a quality fan in it this one won't see as much use as the C-150 can charge 2 batteries in less time than this dual charger.
