I had the TruBrain drink before, like the daily but sorta run out. The boost was a little strong for me. I searched on Amazon and found these drink supp. I thought maybe I should give it a try. I like it. It could be subconsciously thinking it helps, but one way or the other, I have been more organized, better mood, more positive or not I don't know yet, but for sure more focus. At least I have the drive to get things done. One more thing, I add these enhancer to Matcha Latte and boba drink, not coffee yet ... but it works... I guess you can put your enhancer anything you like, very convenient. Small enough to carry with you and handy to use that as a straw.One other thing is that I don't feel crashed after having the enhancer, which is a great thing for any focus/energy enhance supplement.

Just received this product yesterday, I’m very impressed with first two uses of product in my coffee. I felt a big difference right away overall clarity of mind & ability to focus & get things done daily. Lifted brain fog, and able to multi task easily....

I'm having trouble thinking of anything positive to say about Brüd. Personally, I don't notice any effect at all beyond what caffeine already provides. I don't feel more focused, and normal coffee doesn't make me jittery (monstrous caffeine tolerance), so I also didn't notice any effects from the L-theanine.Despite what the marketing material would have you believe, Brüd is not taste-neutral and adding one of these to coffee absolutely does affect flavor, making it taste more... artificial. Not terrible, but certainly not pleasant. The trade off would be acceptable if the intended effect was present. The box comes with around 20 sticks, so the promotional image is fairly accurate.Given the price, flavor and lack of effect, I absolutely cannot recommend anyone buy these. The ingredients are legit, so I gave two stars instead of one as a very generous margin of error on my part.

The flavor of this is really mild- it tastes pretty much like agave. I guess if you hate agave, this would be a bad fit, but if you have used agave as a sweetener, that is what this tastes like. Since agave is in this, it does contain sugar grams (3g), so be aware of that if you are monitoring your sugar intake. I give the manufacturers mad props for their packaging and marketing- the 20 syrup sticks come inside a slick cardboard box that is easily recycled, and is a whole lot cuter than a plastic tube. I also enjoyed the pamphlet inside that indicated they were inspired by single serve honey sticks. I like that this is a liquid, so it dissolves easily in iced coffee as well as hot. Tip: cut off both ends of the tube, otherwise you’ll spend a while forcing the liquid ,and its air bubbles, out of the tube. So, aside from the packaging and marketing aspect, how is it, you might ask? Well, the taste is mild, and the effects are…non existent for me. Since I’m not noticing anything from them, they aren’t a great value for me, however, if they work for you, they are individually less than you’d pay for an extra espresso shot in a drink. They certainly did not impact the flavor of ,y iced cold brew in a negative way, but I’m just not noticing any “benefits”.
