27.2 to 31.6 shim worked fine for me.
Worked as advertised, allowed me to get my tandem bike back on the road after the stoker stem broke and the new stem I got needed a shim. Took a while for the package to get to the US from China, but it fit perfectly.

I'd give this product five stars were it not for two problems - my opinion. First, it took a very long time to be delivered, Second, though the price seems cheap I think it ought to be even less. It's s simple plastic tube with a lip and a slit. Otherwise, the specs ordered were correct and it does what it's supposed to do.
